The case alone is $29 at BestBuy. The spare battery is about $57 by itself. The Canon lanyard another $14. And the lens cleaning kit is an extra throw in freebie. This is the original Canon case and lanyard. The battery is OEM 3rd party, but the price you can’t complain. The case is top quality leather and fits my new SD870I like a glove. Very good deal.

there is no clear effect on pics more than protect the lens. It is not a good deal

These filters sort of do what they are expected but they are of such low quality that sharp pictures are largely out of the question. The lens and frame both have very low design standards, lack coatings that prevent reflection/fringe, and are threaded in a manner that can cause them to become stuck on an adapter.

Fell in love with this camera, used it for 2 years, then out of the blue, the lens would not retract and a message of “lens error, please restart camera” comes up, changing batteries did not fix it, nothing did. Looked on the Internet and found this is a common problem.
