Customer Review: Best Camera I’ve Ever Owned
The 790 SI is an excellent little camera. The picture quality is amazing. Sharp, crisp, and the 10 MP resolution produces images that are good enough for posters. The start up time is fast and so far the battery life seems pretty good too. The display on this camera is as good as it gets and the image stabilization and face detection works like it should. The camera is obviously very well built and the metal casing looks and feels great. The camera itself is tiny and fits well in a pocket but it is a little on the heavier side. There are not many dowsides to this little thing. The camera controls are not completely intuitive but I got used to them very quickly and was able to figure out most of the options within an hour.
All in all you get what you paid for with this camera. Its one of Canon’s top of the line models and it performs like a top of the line model. You won’t regret spending the money once you see the images that this camera produces.
Customer Review: Comparing Canon PowerShot Digital ELPH cameras
As a travel writer I spend a lot of time at Walt Disney World, and Canon PowerShot Digital Elphs are the most common cameras I see. Families seem to love them, because they’re so easy to carry and operate. About the size of a deck of playing cards, each of these “pocket cameras” really do slip right into a pants pocket, and their rectangular designs make them easy to grip. Best of all, they all take good photos. (How do I know? Because I’ve actually gotten to use every one of these models. Nearly every day guests ask me to take photos of them with their own cameras, which most often are Canon PowerShot Digital Elphs.)

Customer Review: Batteries are terrible
This was only worth it because a memory card would cost as much as getting a bunch of stuff like with the kit.
The batteries just do not work in the camera that it was linked with. I do like all the extras like mini tripod and flash drive. I’d pay more for rechargeable batteries that work. Batteries are not compatible with the Canon s5.

I’ve done so much research before purchasing this camera. This camera is easy to use, and the pictures are great. Cannon certainly lives up to its reputation with this camera. I love the wide angle feature when you have alot of people that need to be included. The video works very well also. For a portable video, the sound is okay, but much better than other point/shot degitial around my house.

I just got back from a trip to NYC and decided to bring this camera with me. I wanted to bring my Nikon SLR but decided that I did not want to haul a heavy camera and lens around. I was worried that I would regret that decision - but I did not. This camera was great - it’s so light and easy that I was able to get shots that I doubt I would have gotten with my SLR. The wide angle was fantastic, and the camera is sophisticated enough that when necessary I was able to adjust the exposure compensation and ISO and was able to take some really nice pictures. I did not miss my SLR at all. I love this little camera!

Customer Review: Exact replacement
This is a perfect replacement for the original battery that came with my Canon S410 digital camera. After 3 years of heavy use (we have two lovely grand daughters, do I need to say more?) the original battery was not holding its charge as long, so we needed a replacement. New battery charged right up and is working as long as original used to. Very fast shipping from Amazon and good order notifications and tracking. Although this cost more than knock offs, for the fit, function and peace of mind this is a good purchase.

I previously had a Sony Cybershot and was very disappointed with it but kept it for 3 years before purchasing this camera. This camera is so much faster and the picture quality is awesome. It really takes great pictures of anything, kids, plants, pets, etc. I would recommend this to EVERYONE!

The case does not fit the Canon 1100. I squeeze in the camera but case cover or flipflop won’t flattened to be able lock. Bought another case.
Customer Review: Nice case for the Canon SD 1000 and SD 1100 IS
I purchased this case as a gift for my wife along with the SD 1100 IS camera. The camera fits nicely within the case, which seems to be well made and constructed of nice leather (given the price). I recommend it for Canon’s ultracompact SD 1000 and SD 1100 cameras. Larger cameras, and even some of Canon’s other ultracompact models, will not fit.

Customer Review: 650 IS is a very good camera.
Very good camera with one draw-back. I purchased the A650 IS as an upgrade to my great 7.1 mega pixel Canon A620. I used the A650 IS on a recent China trip where I took more than 1000 photos. The 650’s new features- image stabilization, adjustable ISO, 6X zoom, 12.1 mega pixels and larger LCD view screen all worked well. The only shortcoming is the photos contain slightly more digital noise that those from the A620 particularly in low light situations. Taking side-by-side photos with the two cameras confirm this as well. Still, it is a very nice camera and I’m happy with the additional features.

I have been trying this machine for two weeks now and I should say that i am not satisfied with the camera. The problem here is noise. Lots of it. I have an old Canon A60.FOr comparison, I took the same scene with same iso with both cameras (indoor) with a small tripod. The a650is has noise even at iso 100. The A60 produces much cleaner image to my surprise.
