The case is durable and a pretty color. The only drawback is the little pocket inside doesn’t keep things in as good as it should. Otherwise great deal and nice size.

Customer Review: Brilliant scanner
Setting this up on my new Dell laptop with Windows Vista was easy, although a bit time-consuming. Once the settings had been changed to Letter-size paper (and not A4 which was the default) it was a breeze to use. It seemlessly connected itself to my default email programme (Outlook). Making PDF documents to attach to emails separately, or file onto a flash drive was also without problem.
Customer Review: Great Scanner for the money
Nice, compact scanner, easy to use, reasonable priced. Like the fact that it doesn’t need an extra power supply and is powered over the USB cable. Software was easy to install and works for Windows Vista. Quality of scanned documents (B&W and color) is satisfactory. Very good scanner for single pages, pictures, documents, small books, etc.

Customer Review: Great Little Scanner
Like another reviewer the power supply had died on my hp. So I bought this scanner a month ago. After installing the software and then connecting the USB cable I scanned my first painting within a couple of minutes. I scan paintings every day, so speed and accuracy are important to me, this scanner is great, the colors are right on and the scans are crisp and clear. I love the LED light source, no waiting for lamps to warm up. As far as noise it is by far the quietest scanner I’ve ever owned. I don’t have much use for OCR but I tried it out anyways, I scanned some newsprint and was amazed at the almost 100% recognition. Saving to PDF is a breeze. Overall this scanner does the job and for the price it can’t be beat.
